Return to page after session timeout

Sadlier Connect is programmed to time out after a user has been idle for 60 minutes.  This article explains how to return to the resource a user was on when they were automatically logged out.

Sadlier Connect automatically logs out a user after being inactive for 60 minutes.  When you see this message and you want to return to the resource you had been on before being logged out, do NOT press OK.

Open a second tab in the browser and type in your custom URL.

Log in using your username and password.

Click the tab containing the Session Expired message and click the Reload this Page icon. 

You will be returned to the resource.
